• First,the raw material need to past all test,toughness,strength,aging resistance,in our labor.
• Second,spoiler will be tested in Ozone machines,over 72 hours.it will never turn white and out of shape.
• Third，all radian of the spring steel is controlled by computer,and then double-checked by experienced workers.
• The last one,the rubber refill is also tested in the ozone machine for 72 hours to ensure stable performance.

This is the first step in reducing product variation.
